A good mantra to have

When weight lifting and using a bar, never take more than 2 plates off each side at a time. Otherwise, you run the risk of one side being too heavy causing the bar to tip over and potentially hit someone with a swinging 45 lb steel bar.
Saw a video of that happening. Some guy was bending over to pick up a weight and the bar hit the back of his head or shoulder. It looked pretty bad.

I was thinking about what I should write about, trying to create a framework for what I wanted to talk about, but then I thought about what areas do I want to talk about and how to make an expansive framework in case I wanted to talk something I didn’t anticipate. It became a thing. Sometimes, you just have to start. Doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be. An imperfect something is better than a perfect nothing. Don’t let the big ideas stop you from making the little steps. Those little steps can lead to bigger ideas.
It is better to start than to be perfect.
